Reliability and the highest quality are ensured by the materials used in production - chrome alloy steel H40 or H55 (depending on the bush) and the carburizing + quenching process of the bush. In order to obtain the raw material with the best parameters and strength, our bushings are made of forged alloy steel with a specific content of chromium, carbon and manganese. It is a steel that provides the best balance between hardness, strength and elasticity. A properly selected material provides the necessary properties required both during the hardening process and during use. After cutting and milling, the material is turned, then, after checking the dimensions, the bushes are hardened in an induction furnace and carburized or nitrided. As a result, they achieve hardness - up to about 45/50 HRC in the case of bushings for backhoe loaders and about 50/55 HRC in the case of bushings for excavators, the bushings are hardened to a depth of about 0.7 / 0.8 mm. In order to increase the strength and final finish, each bush is shot-blasted, grinded and protected against corrosion.
