All available pins are subjected to induction hardening, thanks to which the surface of the element obtains appropriate hardness, and its core remains flexible and thus, as a result of sudden shocks or jerks - it does not break. Each pin is subjected to a grinding process, which provides a more precise surface finish of the pin, which affects its better cooperation with the sleeve or the mating element.
The reliability and the highest quality of the bushings are ensured by the materials used in the production - chrome alloy steel H40 or H55 (depending on the bushing) and the process of carburizing + quenching the bushings. It is a steel that provides the best balance between hardness, strength and elasticity. A properly selected material provides the necessary properties required both during the hardening process and during use.
