SERWIS KOP LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY - LIMITED PARTNERSHIP implements a project co-financed under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 programme.

Measure: FEPW.01.03 Closed-loop economy in SMEs - Stage I

Project title: "Preparation of a Circular Economy Transformation Business Model for SERWIS KOP LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY - LIMITED PARTNERSHIP"

Project number: FEPW.01.03-IP.01-0127/23

EU funding for the project: PLN 82,781.00 (100% co-financing)

The objective of the project is to develop a circular economy (GOZ) transformation business model— a strategic, comprehensive, and complete document covering an analysis of the entire company and presenting the possibilities of implementing circular economy solutions throughout the company's operations.

The project activities will include an in-depth and detailed evaluation that will lead to the development of a document containing:

* business profile of the company;

* company analysis;

* analysis of the feasibility of implementing circular economy solutions (SWOT analysis);

* environmental requirements;

* innovation of the project;

* methodology for developing the assumptions for GOZ implementation;

* business segments for transformation towards circular economy;

* changes in the company related to the introduction of circular economy (selection of areas for transformation, with an emphasis on process and resource optimisation);

* analysis of the cost structure for the GOZ implementation project;

* indicators describing the changes in business activities related to GOZ;

* risk management in the GOZ implementation project; * business model—current status and proposals for change;

* matrix of the business model with respect to circular economy (GOZ) transformation.

The project represents a comprehensive approach to adapting the company to a sustainable and efficient economy. The applicant plans to transform its business from an environmental perspective, responding to increasing market expectations and the growing challenges of climate change.

The project is addressed to the beneficiary SERWIS KOP.
