A high-quality slide bush, made of a special bronze alloy. It is a key component in the loader arm joints, mounted where the tilt ram connects to the arm. Its function is to provide smooth rotational movement for the pin and to bear enormous loads, minimizing friction and protecting more expensive components like the arm and cylinders from wear.
Aftermarket quality product – an intelligent choice combining excellent quality with an attractive price.

For maximum repair durability, always replace bushings in a set with new pins and seals. Regular greasing of the joints with high-quality HYPTRON grease containing molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) drastically extends the life of the bushings.
Bushings are sacrificial components designed to wear out to protect much more expensive parts like the arm or cylinders. Ignoring worn bushings leads to play, which in turn damages the pin bores (causing them to become oval), ultimately requiring a very expensive re-boring repair.
Replace the bushings if you notice:
✓ Restore Precision and Rigidity: The GX-AFTER Solution
Play in the arm means a loss of precision and faster wear of the entire machine. As a leader in the supply of pins and bushings, we guarantee a perfect fit and the highest quality material. Our bushings, made of bronze with optimal sliding properties, will restore your machine's factory rigidity and precision, which translates into work efficiency.
Tired of a "wobbly" bucket and clunking in the arm?
Don't wait for play to damage expensive structural components. Order a complete set of pins and bushings today and perform a professional joint rebuild!
Bronze bushings are used in very high-load, low-speed joints. Bronze has excellent sliding properties and is more resistant to seizure in the event of a temporary lack of lubrication than a steel bush.
2. I have play on the pin, but the old bush looks okay. Do I have to replace it?Yes. Even if the bush is not cracked, the play indicates that its internal diameter has worn. Installing a new, tight pin in an old, worn bush will not eliminate the play and will lead to rapid wear of the pin. Both components should always be replaced at the same time.
3. What happens if I keep working with worn bushings?Prolonged operation with loose pins causes the bores in the arm or cylinder to wear out. The holes become oval, and their repair is very expensive and requires specialized machining (a mobile line boring machine). Replacing bushings in time is the cheapest way to avoid this failure.
