A high-quality 5mm thick wear pad, made of a durable, low-friction polymer. It is a key component fitted to the upper part of the stabilizer leg. Its function is to take up the clearance between the inner and outer sections of the stabilizer leg, ensuring smooth operation and machine stability. 4 pieces are used per stabilizer leg.
Aftermarket quality product – an intelligent choice combining excellent quality with an attractive price.
Have a worn bore or need a full kit?
We also stock this wear pad in other thicknesses to compensate for greater wear:
• 331/20552 – Thickness: 6.4mm
• 331/20556 – Thickness: 7.4mm
And other parts for a complete stabilizer leg rebuild:
• Lower wear pad: 123/06014 (2 pcs per side)
• Lower adjustable wear pad: 128/10850 (2 pcs per side)
• Complete inner leg: 128/G3070

The list above is for reference. We recommend verifying the dimensions on your machine before purchasing.
Replacing stabilizer leg components requires the rear of the machine to be lifted and secured. Always use certified axle stands with an appropriate load capacity. Never rely solely on the machine's hydraulics. Use safety glasses and gloves.
For a complete joint refurbishment, always replace the upper and lower wear pads at the same time. To ensure perfect sliding and corrosion protection, coat the wear surfaces with a dedicated lubricant like HYPTRON - Wax Grease SHIELD. Remember to also regularly grease the pins and bushings with HYPTRON grease with MoS2 additive.
Thrust washers are sacrificial components designed to wear out to protect the much more expensive metal parts of the stabilizer leg. Ignoring worn pads leads to play, which causes the machine to "rock" during digging and can lead to damage to the stabilizer rams.
Replace the wear pads if you notice:
An unstable machine means imprecise and unsafe work.
The cost of replacing a set of wear pads is negligible compared to the risk of damaging a ram or having an accident. Secure your machine – order a complete GX-AFTER set and work on a stable and secure foundation.
If play still exists despite the lower adjustable pads being fully tightened, it indicates that both the wear pads and the metal guides on the leg itself are excessively worn. In this case, in addition to replacing the pads, the leg itself may need to be rebuilt (by welding and machining) or replaced with a new one (part no. 128/G3070).
2. Do I have to replace the pads on both sides of the machine at the same time?It is not absolutely necessary, but it is recommended. The legs wear out at a similar rate. Replacing the full set of pads on both sides ensures even stability and avoids a repeat repair in the short term.
3. What material are these pads made of?They are made of a high-quality polymer with high abrasion resistance and a low coefficient of friction, often referred to colloquially as "Teflon," although technically it is most often polyamide or polyacetal.
