A professional WAXOYL lubricating and protective formula, key for the maintenance and protection of construction and agricultural machinery. Its main purpose is to lubricate sliding surfaces, such as telescopic booms and stabilizers, to ensure smooth operation and protect against wear. The unique wax-based formula, saturated with corrosion inhibitors, creates a flexible, waterproof coating that stops existing rust and effectively prevents new corrosion from forming. It is an essential product for protecting expensive machine components.
| Component | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Telescopic boom slide pads | Ensures smooth extension, reduces wear on pads |
| Stabilizer (outrigger) legs | Eases extension, protects against corrosion |
| Chassis and box sections | Long-term anti-corrosion protection |
| Internal parts of frame and bodywork | Stops rust development in hard-to-reach areas |
Regular lubrication and rust-proofing are key maintenance activities that directly affect the life and value of a machine. Ignoring these tasks leads to accelerated wear and costly repairs.
Rust and friction are the silent killers of your machine.
The cost of regular maintenance is negligible compared to repairing or replacing a corroded and worn telescopic boom. Invest in protection and longevity – order the proven WAXOYL and give your machine the best possible protection against wear and corrosion.

Regular grease (e.g., lithium-based) has mainly lubricating properties and is susceptible to being washed off by water. Waxoyl forms a durable, flexible wax coating that not only lubricates but, most importantly, isolates the metal from water and oxygen, actively stopping the corrosion process. It is much more resistant to weathering.
2. Can I use it to lubricate pins and bearings? No. Waxoyl is ideal for sliding surfaces and anti-corrosion protection. For lubricating pins, bearings, and other high-pressure points, a dedicated extreme pressure (EP) grease, such as HYPTRON grease, should be used.
3. How often should I lubricate the telescopic boom pads? The frequency depends on the intensity of work and the conditions. Generally, it is recommended to check and re-lubricate every 50 operating hours or once a week. In very harsh, dusty, or wet conditions, lubrication may be necessary even daily.
