A key component of the working group – a high-quality hardened pin designed for mounting the rear digging bucket on CASE 580, 590, and 695 backhoe loaders. This is a pin with a flange (collar), ensuring correct positioning of the bucket relative to the dipper arm. Precision manufacturing guarantees a perfect fit with the bushings, minimizing play and transferring full digging force without the risk of premature wear.
GX-AFTER is the smart choice for your machine. We provide high-class replacement parts that combine excellent quality with an attractive price. Each part is carefully verified to ensure full compatibility and reliability you can depend on.

The list above is for reference. Before purchasing, we recommend verifying the dimensions (45x360 mm) in the parts catalogue for your machine.
Before replacing pins, ensure the machine is on stable, level ground and the attachment is securely resting on the ground. Never work under an unsupported attachment. Removing a worn pin may require significant force – always wear safety glasses.
The pin is the joint that connects the dipper arm to the bucket, transferring all digging forces. Its wear, resulting from friction and lack of grease, is the main cause of play in the attachment.

CASE and JCB machines use completely different hitch dimensions. This 45mm pin is designed for a 127mm / 255mm wide dipper arm with 362mm pin centers. A JCB 45mm pin (for 3CX/4CX) fits a 175mm wide arm and has 340mm pin centers. They are not interchangeable in any way.
2. What does "pin with collar" mean?It means the pin has a flange (a wider diameter "head") at one end that acts as a stop. This ensures the pin is installed to the correct depth and prevents it from sliding axially (sideways) during operation.
3. How often should I grease my bucket pins?Bucket joints are the highest-wear points on the machine. It is recommended to grease them daily before starting work, or even more frequently (every few hours) when working in very harsh, wet, or sandy conditions. Regular greasing is the key to long pin and bushing life.
