A high-quality flanged spring bush (rolled bush), a key component of the backhoe bucket joints. Installed directly in the bucket ears, its function is to provide a tight fit for the pin and to protect the bores from wear. The flange also takes up side play, ensuring bucket stability. Made of spring steel, it is resistant to deformation and cracking.
Aftermarket quality product – an intelligent choice combining excellent quality with an attractive price.

The list above is for reference. We recommend verifying the dimensions on your machine before purchasing.
For a complete joint refurbishment, always replace bushings in a set with new pins. If side play is still present after replacement, use dedicated **spacer shims (part no. 823/00470)**, available in thicknesses from 1.0 to 5.0 mm. Regular greasing of the joints with high-quality HYPTRON grease drastically extends the life of the bushings.
Bushings are sacrificial components designed to wear out to protect much more expensive parts, like the bucket or its linkages. Ignoring worn bushings leads to play, which in turn damages the pin bores (causing them to become oval), ultimately requiring a very expensive re-boring repair.
Replace the bushings if you notice:
Increase the versatility of your machine!
We offer a wide range of attachments for every construction machine: from ditching and grading buckets, through hydraulic hammers and rippers, to mechanical and hydraulic quick couplers. And thanks to GX-AFTER bushings, you can keep your attachments in perfect condition, eliminating play and ensuring precise work for years to come.
Is play in the bucket slowing down your work?
Don't wait for worn bores to stop you from working or damage a cylinder. Order a set of GX-AFTER bushings today and restore your bucket's factory rigidity and precision!
A spring bush is made from a rolled-up sheet of spring steel. Its outer diameter is slightly larger than the bore, so it locks itself in place after being pressed in. A solid bush (steel or bronze) is rigid and requires a very precise interference fit.
2. I have side-to-side play on my bucket. Will replacing these bushings fix it?These flanged bushings eliminate most of the side play. However, if play is still present after replacement, it means the bucket ears or linkages are already worn. In this case, you should use additional spacer shims (e.g., 823/00470) to perfectly eliminate the remaining gap.
3. What happens if I keep working with worn bushings?Prolonged operation with loose pins causes the bores in the arm or ram to wear out. The holes become oval, and their repair is very expensive and requires specialized machining (a mobile line boring machine). Replacing bushings in time is the cheapest way to avoid this failure.
