A high-quality replacement tooth for the ESCO® Super V® (V29) system, designed for JCB JS series excavators in the 20-30 ton class. The SYL (Standard, Long) profile is the most versatile, self-sharpening design, ideal for a wide range of earthmoving applications. The tooth is made of high-grade, abrasion-resistant alloy steel, hardened to 48-52 HRC, ensuring maximum service life in tough conditions.

The list above is for reference. Before purchasing, we recommend verifying the tooth system (V29) on your machine.
Always wear safety glasses and use a proper hammer when installing or removing bucket teeth and pins. Metal fragments can fly off and cause serious injury.
The tooth is the main working part of the bucket that comes into direct contact with the ground. Its wear leads to a decrease in digging efficiency, increased resistance, and consequently to higher fuel consumption and excessive load on the machine's hydraulics.
Blunt teeth mean wasted fuel and time.
Working with worn teeth is like "petting" the ground, not digging. It increases the load on the hydraulics and fuel consumption. Don't burn money – order a new, reinforced GX-AFTER tooth and restore your machine's full digging power.

The main difference is size. The V29 system is designed for larger and heavier machines (approx. 20-30 tons), while the V23 system is used on smaller excavators (approx. 13-18 tons). The teeth and adapters from these systems are not interchangeable.
2. How to properly install the V29PN pin?The pin in the Super V® system is installed vertically. After placing the tooth on the adapter, insert the pin from the top and drive it in with a hammer until it is flush with the tooth surface. The shape of the pin and socket provides a self-locking mechanism. To remove it, simply knock it out from the bottom.
3. Can I weld a cracked tooth? This is not recommended and is dangerous. Bucket teeth are made of special hardened steel. Welding destroys its structure, making it brittle at the weld point. Such a tooth can break unpredictably, creating a hazard.
