The hydraulic filter is the "lung" of your machine's hydraulic system. Its job is to continuously clean the oil from metal particles, dust, and other contaminants that destroy precision components. If your machine is experiencing slow hydraulic operation, overheating oil, a noisy hydraulic pump, or sticking valves, these are classic symptoms of a clogged filter. Neglecting its replacement leads to damage to the pump, control valves, and cylinders, resulting in a very costly overhaul.

The filter is fully adapted to work with the original housing and meets the same standards, ensuring the integrity and stability of the entire system.
The REDX brand is a proven and safe alternative that offers filtration quality comparable to original parts at a much better price.
The hydraulic oil filter must be replaced every time the oil is changed, according to the service intervals. We recommend using high-quality oils such as HYPTRON.
During replacement, pay attention to the old oil and cut open the old filter. A large amount of metal filings may indicate a more serious hydraulic pump failure.
The hydraulic system is extremely sensitive to contaminants. Before unscrewing the filter housing, thoroughly clean the surrounding area to prevent dirt from entering the system.
Answer: According to the JCB service manual, typically every 1000 operating hours. If working with a hydraulic hammer or in very harsh conditions, this interval should be halved.
Question: My hydraulics are weak. Is it definitely the filter's fault?Answer: It is the most common and cheapest cause to fix. If replacing the filter and oil doesn't help, the problem may lie with the hydraulic pump, valves, or leaks in the system.
Question: What is the difference between this filter and the version for older machines (32/901200)?Answer: They differ in dimensions and are designed for machines from different production years. This model (32/913500) fits machines manufactured from 1995 onwards (from VIN 409448).
