A high-quality spring bush (rolled bush), a key component of the loader arm joints. It is fitted in the upper mounting of the multi-purpose bucket's clam ram and in the tilt rams of forklifts. Its function is to provide a tight fit and take up play in the bore, while allowing smooth rotational movement of the pin. Made of spring steel, it is resistant to deformation and cracking.
Aftermarket quality product – an intelligent choice combining excellent quality with an attractive price.

Replacing loader arm bushings requires the arm to be immobilized and supported. Always use certified axle stands with an appropriate load capacity. Never rely solely on the machine's hydraulics. Use safety glasses and gloves.
For a comprehensive and durable repair, always replace all 4 bucket mounting bushes in a set with new pins and seals. Regular greasing of the joints with high-quality HYPTRON grease containing molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) drastically extends the life of the bushings.
Bushings are sacrificial components designed to wear out to protect much more expensive parts like the arm or cylinders. Ignoring worn bushings leads to play, which in turn damages the pin bores (causing them to become oval), ultimately requiring a very expensive re-boring repair.
Replace the bushings if you notice:
Ignoring play on the pins leads to irreversible damage to the bores in the ram and arm, forcing costly re-boring repairs.
A repair performed using a complete set of GX-AFTER pins and bushings is the cheapest way to avoid these problems. Secure your machine and restore its factory precision – order a complete set today.
A spring bush is made from a rolled-up sheet of spring steel. Its outer diameter is slightly larger than the bore, so it locks itself in place after being pressed in. A solid bush (steel or bronze) is rigid and requires a very precise interference fit.
2. I have play on the pin, but the old bush looks okay. Do I have to replace it?Yes. Even if the bush is not cracked, the play indicates that its internal diameter has worn. Installing a new, tight pin in an old, worn bush will not eliminate the play and will lead to rapid wear of the pin. Both components should always be replaced at the same time.
3. Why should I replace all four bushes at once? The two pins that mount the front bucket operate as a single system. If only the bushes on one side are replaced, the remaining play on the other side will cause uneven forces and accelerate the wear of the new components. Replacing all four ensures even load distribution and maximum repair durability.
