A critical drivetrain component – a brand new drive sprocket by NEXGEN. Designed for JCB 5-6 ton class mini excavators, including 8052, 8055, 8060, and 8065 models. It is manufactured by a company specializing in high-quality undercarriage castings. A multi-stage casting process and precision heat treatment (hardening) are used to guarantee maximum tooth lifespan and wear resistance in the toughest conditions.
NEXGEN is a leading supplier of undercarriage components. By choosing this brand, you invest in precision-made castings and hardened elements, which translates to reduced friction, longer service life, and lower operating costs.
| Brand | Type / Series / Model |
|---|---|
| JCB | Mini Excavators: 8052, 8055 RTS, 8055 ZTS, 8056, 8060, 8061, 8065 DL, 8065 RTS |
The list above is for reference. We recommend verifying the tooth count (19T), bolt hole count (12H), and inner diameter (230mm) before purchasing.
Before working on the undercarriage, ensure the machine is on stable, level ground and is properly secured against rolling. Always follow the service manual procedures for releasing and re-tensioning the tracks.
The sprocket is one of the key wear components of a track undercarriage. It transfers power from the final drive to the chain, setting the machine in motion. A worn sprocket leads to accelerated wear of the entire undercarriage.

No problem. Our website shows only a few thousand of the over 60,000 parts we have in stock. Contact us – we probably have what you need on the shelf!
This is highly discouraged. The new sprocket will have a different working diameter than the old, worn one on the other side. This can cause the machine to "pull" to one side when tracking straight and will cause uneven wear on both tracks and final drives. Always replace sprockets in pairs.
2. Will this fit a JCB 8025ZTS or 8030ZTS?No. This model (334/S3144) is for the larger 5-6 ton class mini excavators (8052, 8055, 8060, 8065). The smaller 8025ZTS or 8030ZTS machines use different sprockets with different dimensions and tooth counts.
3. What does 19T / 12H / 230mm ID mean? These are the key identifiers: 19 Teeth (that engage the chain), 12 Holes (for mounting bolts to the final drive), and 230 mm Inner Diameter (the bore size).
