2024 in a nutshell – a brief look into the past

The end of the year is an ideal time to sum up the successes achieved, analyze the actions taken and draw valuable conclusions. This is a time to reflect on the past year, which allows us to prepare for new challenges and ambitious goals in the coming year. In recent months, thanks to the joint work and commitment of our employees, we have completed many important projects, implemented innovative solutions, and overcome difficulties — all of which drive us to keep going.

How has Serwis Kop developed over the past 12 months?

The year 2024 was the next stage of dynamic development and strengthening of our position on the market of spare parts for construction and agricultural machinery, suitable for JCB, CAT, NEW HOLLAND, CASE, KOMATSU and VOLVO. We consistently ensured that our warehouse was properly equipped, offering the widest selection of products available, which allowed us to reduce the time required to fulfill a large number of orders. As a company, we could not grow without constantly expanding our offer, which includes:

    • operating parts: filters, lubricants, bushings, pins or seals;

    • engine components;

    • hydraulic components;

    • axle parts; 

    • travel motors;

    • rubber tracks; 

    • link track rods;

    • glass;

    • attachments, including

        ◦ buckets,

        ◦ quick couplers,

        ◦ hydraulic hammers,

        ◦ forks,

        ◦ blades,

        ◦ teeth.

Development in global markets

A key element of our success has been our cooperation with long-standing, proven suppliers, both domestic and international. Their reliability and the quality of the supplied components have allowed us to build a wide range of original parts, OEM products, and high-class aftermarket parts, meeting the expectations of even the most demanding customers.

Thanks to the constant development of our offerings, improvements in logistics processes, and an increase in the number of qualified employees, we managed not only to maintain the loyalty of our existing partners but also to establish cooperation with new customers, both in Poland and abroad. Their positive feedback is the best proof that we have chosen the right direction, motivating us to continue developing and raising our service standards.

The most important industry events with our participation

Last year, we also marked our presence at AGRO SHOW in Bednary, the largest agricultural fair in Europe, gathering leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery and equipment, where we presented our offerings to a continuously growing audience. Another edition of the Centralne eRobocze SHOW in Lubień Kujawski was held in June, which we had the pleasure of supporting both as a sponsor and, this time, as an exhibitor. Similarly, at the regional edition of this event in Krzywa, near Legnica, we were also involved. The company also contributed to the organization of the 5th and 6th editions of the off-road rally X-MUD Bieszczady through the preparation of custom trophies and awards, as the title sponsor. In addition, as a company, we are happy to support the sports initiatives of our colleagues. Recently, we had the opportunity to support participants at the largest CrossFit competitions in Poland. We are proud of our achievements and successes, which we gain through commitment and hard work.  

Recognition as the result of hard work

An important thing that cannot be overlooked is the awards we have received. Once again, we were among the winners of the VII edition of the Forbes "Family Business Forum" ranking. It presents a list of companies that stand out for their reliability, honesty, and transparency. These are companies with a great reputation, which are actively involved in the development of the local community and are among the most dynamically developing companies in the region.

"Together we can do more"

Acting on a large scale, we also remember our social responsibility. Traditionally, we welcomed the new year by donating a set of our company gadgets and clothing to an auction, and the total amount raised was fully donated to the collection for The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. Every act of help is a source of pride and motivation for us to continue engaging in activities for those in need.

A promising future...

While we can be proud of last year's achievements, we are already looking forward to more projects, events, and exciting changes in 2025. Finally, we would like to once again thank all our customers, partners, and employees for their cooperation and trust, which motivate us to continue developing and striving for even better results in the coming months.
