A seal kit is a crucial element for rebuilding a hydraulic pump - the heart of the entire machine. It is responsible for maintaining internal and external seals, allowing high pressure to be built up. If you notice oil leaks from the pump body or shaft, the hydraulics are weak and the oil is "foaming", and the pump is whining loudly, these are classic symptoms of worn seals. A leaking pump not only loses efficiency but also draws in air and contaminates the system, which leads to damage to valve blocks and cylinders.

Complete Repair Kit
Everything you need for a rebuild
The accuracy and quality of materials guarantee long and trouble-free use without the need for frequent replacement.
The kit is fully adapted to work with original JCB pumps, ensuring a consistent and reliable repair.
The NEXGEN brand is a proven and safe alternative that offers quality comparable to original parts at a much better price.
Rebuilding a hydraulic pump requires sterile conditions. Even the smallest contaminant can damage newly installed seals or score pump components.
Before installing new seals, carefully inspect the condition of the gears, housing, and shaft. If they are scored or worn, replacing the seals alone will not restore the pump's full performance.
After any intervention in the hydraulic system, you must replace the filter (we recommend the REDX brand) and refill the system with fresh, clean oil (e.g., HYPTRON).
Before installation, lubricate all seals with clean hydraulic oil. This will ease assembly and prevent them from being damaged "dry".
Answer: Yes, this kit is designed for a complete pump reseal. However, if the leak is caused by a cracked housing or a scored shaft, replacing the seals alone will not be a permanent solution.
Question: My hydraulics are weak. Will replacing the seals help?Answer: It might help if the problem is due to internal leaks within the pump. However, a loss of performance most often indicates wear on the gears and housing - in this case, we recommend replacing the entire pump.
Question: Can I rebuild the hydraulic pump myself?Answer: Rebuilding a gear pump requires extreme precision, cleanliness, and specialized tools. Incorrect assembly can lead to immediate damage. We recommend entrusting this repair to a qualified mechanic.
In the world of construction machinery, where every ton and every minute counts, the strength of pin joints is the foundation of reliability. At CORESPEX / NEXGEN, we understand that it is the quality of steel, the precision of manufacturing, and the hardening technology that determine the machine's lifespan and the operator's safety. That is why our mission is to deliver components that are not a compromise, but a guarantee of strength and durability.
We specialize in producing complete solutions for your fleet: from surface or through-hardened pins, through steel, brass, and bronze bushes (also with graphite inserts), to precisely machined thrust washers and slew shafts. Each product is manufactured to rigorous standards to ensure a perfect fit and performance identical to original parts.
By choosing CORESPEX / NEXGEN, you are investing in technology and materials that work as hard as you do.
