Safety Warning
The reuse of worn, damaged, or deformed Flex Pins is not recommended. During operation, retaining pins are subjected to significant loads and stresses, which can reduce their holding capability over time.
A worn retaining pin may come loose during operation, resulting in the loss of the tooth. Operating an adapter without a tooth can cause rapid wear or severe damage to the adapter, leading to costly repairs and unplanned machine downtime.
