Starting with the track tension, it is important to check it regularly, every 50/100 engine hours and keep it tight. You should definitely avoid moving the track on sharp, stone surfaces, long distances on asphalt or concrete (transport is recommended, e.g. by truck), sudden turns and turns at narrow angles and direct contact with the sun.

However, we recommend: making slow and wide turns of the machine (especially in sandy and rocky areas), washing with water and keeping the rubbertrack dry. Particular attention should be paid when working on narrow roads, when cutting trees and on construction sites with cracked sections. Rest assured that following all of these rules will make the replacement of our tracks a rare worry. To ensure the best and error-free selection of the caterpillar track for the construction machine, we advise you to measure it properly on the mounted machine, or to read the dimensions from an older model. The measure of the rubbertrack has (the order of the elements should be taken into account): width, link pitch - i.e. track pitch, number of links and possible letters, which are relatively numerous and each may have a different meaning. Example dimensions of the caterpillar should be as follows: 300x80x52. By calling our experts with a well-measured rubbertrack, the customer can be 100% sure that the matter will go quickly and smoothly. We know that "time is money", therefore we recommend and instruct our customers how to perform the appropriate measurement of the caterpillar, so as to correctly choose the right one that fits the machine.
