It's Time to Sum Up the Year 2022

Another year of cooperation with our contractors, both new ones as well as those with whom we have been working continuously with for years, has now been passing by. The most important thing for us - a hard work to ensure replacement parts availability, along with our professional customer service - is never changing, despite the passing of time, the current situation and world events that we are currently witnessing.

We are always focusing on the development of our warehouse space by increasing the offer of replacement parts for construction machines that are available on hand, including those dedicated for excavators, backhoe loaders, loaders and mini-excavators made by JCB, Cat, Case, Komatsu, Volvo, New Holland, Terex and others. We have expanded our offer with parts supplied by Spicer, ZF, Carraro and many others.  We have further developed our assortment of genuine replacement parts, OEM first assembly parts and high quality replacements. It was another year of fruitful cooperation with trusted and verified suppliers - thanks to our efforts, we are able to guarantee the highest quality of parts that we offer, timely delivery of orders and professional customer service. As such, our warehouse will ensure the availability of the most popular assortment groups - pins, bushings, washers, arm connectors, consumable parts, engine components and cabin components, such as cabin glass, seats, mudguards, tires, rims and electrical parts. We are also able to offer on hand availability for attachment accessories, such as backhoe buckets, hydraulic buckets, quick hitches, forks for backhoe loaders and telescopic loaders, blades, hydraulic hammers, all sizes of rubber tracks and drive motors. We are starting our cooperation with new suppliers as well - this year, we became authorized distributor of Donaldson - branded filters. Thanks to our efforts, the selection of filters that we are offering has been enlarged with new products.

We have improved our system for shipping and receiving of domestic and international orders by regularly increasing the number of highly qualified employees and by providing them with series of training programs.

As always, we are taking many charitable initiatives by supporting the annual collection of The Great Holiday Charity Orchestra (WOŚP) and UNICEF by participating in The Company with the Heart charity program. Like every year before, we arranged a donation to our local Sub-Carpatian Hospice for Children Fund and the Society for Care of the Blind LASKI, by supporting the construction of the home for blind children.

Also, another edition of eRobocze Show took place this year, as well as Polish Operators League competition in Lubań Kujawski. We have sponsored both of these events. As an exhibitor, we had the pleasure of taking part in the regional eRobocze Show event that took place in Straszęcin.

We are proud of the awards that we have received this year. It is our honor and a great pride for us that again, Service Kop company found itself on the list of businesses awarded with Forbes Diamonds for 2022. This is a list of companies with the most dynamic development and growth in Poland. Forbes Diamond is awarded only to those companies that ended the previous fiscal year with a positive financial results. We have been awarded under a medium - sized enterprise with a dynamic growth, high level of financial liquidity and lack of defaulted payments. The most important award that was given to us was the first place in the rank of Forbes Family Businesses in the category of enterprises with the total income up to 100 million PLN in Sub-Carpatian Voivodeship territory. All of these accolades are highly motivating us to continue our work and company development.

During the entire last year we made every effort to meet demands of our Customers and to provide them with a service at the highest level - because our Customers and their satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. 

We do hope that we have fulfilled this task. We are looking forward into the future with optimism and we are ready for more new challenges and hard work in the new year, 2023.
