2021 - our perspective

Despite the difficult time caused by the pandemic, the year 2021 was very valuable and effective for our company in many respects. We started it with great enthusiasm, which turned into fruitful results of cooperation with contractors, new customers and those with whom we have been operating for years.

We expaned our stock, we increased the offer of spare parts for construction machinery, available immediately, including for excavators, backhoe loaders, loaders and mini-excavators, suitable for JCB, CAT, Case Komatsu, Volvo, New Holland, Terex. We have expanded our offer with Spicer, ZF, Carraro and many more parts. We have developed the range in terms of original parts, OEM for the first assembly, and high-quality replacements. It was another fruitful year in cooperation with trusted and proven suppliers, thanks to which we can guarantee the highest quality of our parts. Our warehouse include the most popular groups of the assortment - pins, bushings, washers, arm connectors, engine and cabin components. Also attachments - backhoe buckets, hydraulic buckets, quickhitches, forks for backhoe loaders and telescopic loaders, blades, hydraulic hammers, all sizes of rubber tracks and drive motors.

Regularly increasing the group of our qualified employees and conducting a number of training courses, we have improved the system of accepting and executing orders throughout Poland and abroad.

At SERWIS-KOP, we do not forget about our ethical and social mission. Since our beginning, we have been engaging in social and community actions to help those in need. We regularly donating funds to help purchase equipment for Warszawska Grupa Ratownicza PCK (Warsaw Rescue Grup of Polish Red Cross) and supporting the oldest Polish humanitarian institution - Polish Red Cross. We are regularly taking initiatives dedicated to helping Subcarpatian Hospice for Children in Rzeszów. Needs of young patients and their families are not indifferent to us. We strive to support develompent of the facility on regular basis and to provide its staff with new therapeutical and diagnostic equipment. We encourage all businesses to support Subcarpatian Hospice for Children, as a public benefit organization. SERWIS-KOP is supporting Szlachetna Paczka - the Noble Box Project. Each year, we prepare gifts for a family in need and encourage everyone to take part in this initiative! This year, we provided funds for building a boarding school for students of Education and Development Center for The Blind Children in Laski. We encourage all who are not indifferent to the fate of children in need to support them as well. Even the smallest gesture counts. Additionally, we are regularly supporting charity auctions and fundraising for the sick or in need in different ways. Each year, we play with The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP).

In September, another edition of the eRobocze SHOW which we supported as a sponsor.

The best summary of 2021 are the awards we received. Forbes Diamonds 2021 - Medium-Sized Enterprize category, given for most dynamic development for a company in Poland with high liquidity and no defaulted payments. Business Gazelles 2021 - for most dynamic development and transparent operationsof a small and medium-sized company in Poland. Awarded by "Puls Biznesu" and published in the special edition of the magazine.

Despite the difficult situation caused by the pandemic, we tried to meet the requirements of our customers and provide them with the highest level of service. We hope we have succeeded in it. We are optimistic about the future and we are ready for new challenges and hard work in the new 2022.
