COMPLAINTS / RETURNS

I. Goods subject to complaint

All the goods we offer are new and have a six-month or one-year warranty.

a) Goods with hidden defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer;
b) Damaged in transport (a claim will be accepted only with a damage report drawn up by the carrier);

II. A complaint about a damaged package or a product quality defect

Before collecting the parcel, please check in the presence of the courier whether it is damaged or that the packaging has not been opened. If, when collecting the goods from the courier, it turns out that the shipment was damaged in transit, please write down the damage report in his presence (every courier has it with you) and immediately notify us of this fact. Please send back the damaged goods with a copy of the invoice received and the damage report drawn up with the courier with a detailed description of the reasons for the complaint. NOTE: A reliable report will be the basis for the complaint. Failure to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier, despite noticing damage in the packaging of the goods, may make it difficult for the customer to pursue a claim for damages.
NOTE: In order to settle the matter related to the occurrence of the damage as soon as possible, it is important to immediately return the damaged package together with the original damage report and inform the Store's Complaints Department about such an event.
The goods under complaint should be sent to us with the COMPLAINT FORM TO BE DOWNLOADED HERE. Please send the shipment to the following address: SERWIS KOP Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. ul. Podkarpacka 57a 35-082 Rzeszów.
We do not accept any parcels sent to us by cash on delivery.
In the event of a justified complaint, the Buyer may request the product to be brought into conformity with the contract by free repair or replacement of the product with a new one, unless repair or replacement is impossible (due to stock depletion). The store will refund the Customer the equivalent of the purchase price.
In the event of an unjustified complaint or goods after warranty, the Buyer covers the costs of repairing the goods and return shipment.
Liability under the warranty for physical defects of the goods is excluded in the case of a buyer who is not a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code. In case of doubt, it is understood that if the buyer of the goods covered by the VAT invoice is an entrepreneur, the purchase of the goods was directly related to the business.
The incompleteness of the shipment must be reported within 3 days of its receipt, any complaints submitted later will not be considered.

III. Return of purchased goods

Each consumer may resign from the goods purchased in the Serwis-Kop online store without giving any reason, if they report the withdrawal from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The withdrawal period expires within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, i.e. on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

IV. Effects of return

The effect of withdrawing from the sales contract is the need to return the goods by you no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal notification. Our store will refund your money without undue delay and no later than 7 days from the day we received the goods.

V. Notification of return

In order to exercise the right of return (withdrawal) you need to:
1. Fulfill the claim, along with the account number to which we will refund money, and add it to the returned goods (download the claim).
2. Complete the returned goods.
3. Add to the parcel the proof of purchase (receipt/ invoice).
4. Add to the parcel the claim of withdrawal from a sales agreement or at least your contact details (for faster identification of your shipment/ order).
5. Pack the parcel safely.
6. Send the parcel immediately, at your own expense, to the following address: SERWIS-KOP Podkarpacka 57a 35-082 Rzeszów.

VI. Conditions of accepting return

We accept the return providing that:
• the product does not have any obvious signs of use and it is not damaged in any way,
• the product has not been copied
• the product will be complete
• the product will be accompanied by the proof of purchase
• Consument returns the product no longer than 14 calendar days from the date of reporting the withdrawal
• the return shipment will be sent to us at the Customer's expense and it will not be sent with cash on delivery (in such cases the parcel will not be accepted by our company)
Due to security reasons we suggest sending back the returned goods through Polish Post only if their value is less than 200 PLN.
We kindly ask you to properly protect the product so that it does not get damaged during transport and send it back in its original packaging, if possible.

VII. Refund

We reimburse money to the bank account from which the payment was made within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned goods. In case the payment was made with the credit card, we will refund money to the same credit card.
